- Applicable to open or used products. Customers have 30 days from the date they received the product to initiate a return (this includes 3-month and 6-month supply).
- All items are eligible for a one-time full refund. To receive credit for the money-back guarantee, you must return the bottle, even if it is empty.
- Valid only once per product, per household. Customers cannot return the same product twice.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable on all orders and will be deducted from eligible refunds.
- Customers will be allowed two returns per calendar year total (this includes both the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and regular returns).
- Trends Budget does not provide prepaid return labels.
