SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At Trends Budget, we aim to deliver your favorite skincare, supplements, and hair care products to your doorstep as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below is our detailed shipping and delivery policy.
General Guidelines
- Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- High-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or promotions may result in extended processing times.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
- Once a package leaves our facility, it is under the carrier's control, and their routing decisions determine delivery timelines.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable if the package is delayed, the destination address is incorrect, or if the order included free shipping.
- We offer domestic and international shipping from the UAE.
Domestic Shipping (UAE)
- Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Express shipping is available for faster delivery within 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
- Standard international shipping may take 7-14 business days, depending on customs procedures and destination.
- Express international shipping is available and typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Customs and duties may apply to international shipments, and Trends Budget is not responsible for covering these charges.
- We do not currently ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Iraq, Russia, Tanzania, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.
Returns and Address Issues
- If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, a refund will not be issued.
- If your order is seized by customs for ingredient restrictions, we cannot issue a refund unless all products are returned in their original condition as per our return policy.
Ingredient Restrictions
Each country has unique import regulations regarding product ingredients. For example, some countries restrict certain supplements or ingredients like Melatonin. Please verify with your local customs office before placing your order. If customs seize your package, a refund will not be issued unless the products are returned in original condition.
Need Help Tracking Your Package?
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your neighbors, family, or building management. If it’s been more than three days and you still cannot locate your package, please contact us or the shipping carrier (e.g., Aramex, DHL, FedEx) for assistance.
